✸Terms of Service

  • I receive the payment once I have presented the client with the rough sketch for their commission.

  • Prices are in EUR, so please do the conversion upfront!

  • Payment goes through paypal (Invoice from me) or with IBAN if you are from italy!

  • You may not, under any circumstance, use my art with anything AI related.

  • You may reupload your commission but never erase my watermark.

  • I have the right to post the art I make, however, if you'd like to keep your commission private, please let me know in advance!

  • I keep the copyright of the commission, while the client has ownership.

  • You can produce goods (stickers etc) with your commission for commercial purposes.

  • Prices may vary based on the commission's complexity.

  • The client will receive pictures as updates every time I work on the commission so that they can follow all the creation process.

  • For asking changes, please do so during the sketch phase as they will be free (to a reasonable extent)! After that, I may charge an amount based on complexity of the said modification/addon.

  • I strictly work with SFW refs/material ONLY. This means no vulgarity of any type is allowed. Artistic nudity and stuff that is reasonably and decently flirty is ok. Ask if you are not sure!

  • I only draw/work with characters that are your own or a friend's. If it's a gift, let me know!

  • I do not do full refunds so please be sure when commissioning, if there is an exceptional situation, it can be done partially taking in consideration how much time I've spent working on your comm!

  • Once you are notified that I can start your commission, you will have 48 hours to respond with the information I need to get started. If you have any issues, a setback, or want to cancel the commission, don't worry, let me know as soon as possible. If I don't hear back within 48 hours, the commission will be skipped and you will have to apply again when they open.

----COMMISSION TIMING----
I usually take a week or two of continue work to complete a commission (that said, if managing to work every day, I usually take sundays and saturdays off!), however, timing can highly vary based on the commissioner's requests, how large of a queue I have in that moment, our timezones that might differ and real life stuff.HOW TO CONTACT ME
